MID LAYERS FOR MEN & WOMEN

Warm and functional clothes in fleece work as a perfect mid-layer during the winter. The middle layer is often thicker than the base layer and acts as an insulating layer that traps body heat so you can feel warm for a long time. A fleece jacket or a puffer jacket filled with down or synthetic lining are classic, and really good mid-layers. Dress according to activity level, with a thinner fleece if you’re going to be more active or a lined jacket if you’re more sedentary. Also, remember to dress in layers that fit nicely on top of each other so you feel comfortable.
